However, on the 1st day of November 2010, an appeal against the injunction was brought and heard by the Governor of Arizona, Jan Brewer. On the 11t day of April 2011, after all arguments had been heard, the U.S Circuit Court of Appeals upheld the injunction. The court, therefore, ruled against the appeal. It should be noted that some of the arguments heard in court pertained to previous laws that had been enacted in Arizona.
It is essential that we look at this controversial law and also look at the reasons as to why court allowed an injunction against it. As has been noted, the law was approved by the legislature of Arizona and signed into law by the governor. It contained provisions that related to harboring and transportation of illegal immigrants, trespassing, employer sanctions, alien registration documents and smuggling of humans among others. Most of these were regarded as crimes, and they had punishments attached to them. On the day of signing this law by the Governor, he further issued instructions that law enforcement officers should enforce the law and apprehend all those who are under reasonable suspicion.
The questions that arose as a result of this law included its constitutionality and the costs for enforcement of the law, given the tight budget under which the State was expected to run. In court, various issues were raised, which included the violation of the arizona immigration law of the right to speech and freedom from unreasonable searches & seizures. It was, therefore, argued that since this law violates some of the provisions of the constitution, it is unconstitutional.

Many law school students are concerned as to if they are going to be able to find a job after they complete their law education.  Unfortunately, with all that their law school studies entail, they often do not have the time to concentrate on this factor.  Law school students are around the world are often put out into the career world without having the confidence that they are going to be able to find a job after they have completed their law education.  They are not sure if they are going to be able to attack the legal market like they would like to because while in law school, they did not have adequate time to prepare.  If you are in the process of attaining your law education, and you are not quite sure where you are going to be able to begin your law employment, there are two things that you should keep in mind.

1.  The first thing that you want to keep in mind while you are in law school and are on the cusp of completing your law education, is that you should always stay on the path as you had originally set out.  Before you even went to law school, there were at least a few possibilities that you had in mind as far as the potential law careers you were going to pursue.  By the time that you near the end of law school, you should have at least narrowed those options down to very few, that is, unless you had come to that conclusion from the very beginning.  Either way, you want to make sure that you have taken those necessary steps after law school to fulfill that goal.  If you have gone so far as to complete your law education, continue to move forward and reach for your ultimate goal.  The extended journey that you will take after law school will be well worth the trip.

2.  After you have graduated law school, one of the things that you may want to consider after you have completed your law education is what the current state of the legal industry is.  A large part of your law education is to do research, so it is important to apply this method here.  If you are looking for a job after your law education, and you can’t seem to find one, you should certainly look to what is the highly practiced law fields at the time.  After you get out of law school, you may find out after you have completed your law education that the industry that you would like to work in does not have too many opportunities available.  After you leave law school and finally complete your law education, you are going to want to start a career in a field that you enjoy, but are also going to reap the financial benefits, as well.

1.  One of the reasons why law students find an online law degree to be better than obtaining a residential law education is because they are able to have a more flexible learning schedule.  They like the fact that they were able to design their law education to fit their schedule.  They were pleased that they were not scheduled for a class as many times a week than if they would have obtained their law education from a physical location.  They found that on average, they found that even when they were required to post a certain time for their courses to meet with their professors, it was not as frequent as they would have had to if they would have received their law education from a physical law school.

2.  An additional reason why law students were happy that they acquired an online law degree was because they felt that there was more flexibility with handing in their assignments.  While seeking out their online law degree, they were happy to know that they did not have to physically hand in their assignments.  Although just like a residential law education, there are deadlines for submitting assignments, they felt that it was much better to work on their projects on the computer, and submit them digitally.   Even though earning a law degree was not easy by any means, they were happy that they were able to submit their assignments, many times from the comfort of their own homes.  They felt a little less pressure trying to earn their online law degree because of this factor.  They were satisfied by the fact that they were allowed to do this.  This made the experience a much more pleasant one.
