2.  The second thing that you need to know if you apply to one of the online law schools is that, if your prospective online law schools are a part of the Distance Education and Training Council, some employers may not hire you to practice law.  With these types of online law schools, it is a possibility that the law firm that you would love the opportunity to work, may not accept your online legal degree.  Nevertheless, recent surveys say that although all law firms will not accept your online legal degree from these online law schools, there are some law firms that are now opening up to that idea.  Many law firms are starting to realize that an online law school education has grown into a very highly valued legal education.  Due to the recent advances in technology, the online law instruction has proven to become more interactive, so this gives law firms more confidence in the individual.  Nowadays, your online legal degree will take you very far, you just have to make sure that you dot your i’s and cross your t’s before hand in order to see to it that you are going to reach the heights that you are destined to achieve.
